The Enpro Consultants Limited team is led by Engineer Babatunde Alabi, a Contracts Management specialist.

He is a 1986 Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Ilorin, Nigeria with vast industry working experience. He started as a Civil Engineer in 1989 with Ondo State Water Corporation, handling various projects including:

• Refurbishment of existing pipelines and pumping systems
• Construction of new head works building,
• refurbishment of old head works building,
• intake works,
• treatment plant and service reservoir and
• Design of water supply schemes

In 1994, he joined SGI Consulting Engineers, Ibadan.
He was the Project Manager for the National Rural Water Supply Project in Ondo State (PTF) during which period he undertook the Construction, Rehabilitation and Supervision of boreholes, Fabrication and installation of elevated steel tanks, Construction of generator house and the Installation of 27KVA generator sets.

He was a member of the Design Group which handled the Cross River State Water Supply scheme.
This project included:

• Design of distribution pipe network for all towns in the scheme via Akampa Ugep, Ediba, Mkpani, Marakom etc.
• Environmental impact assessment of the Cross River State water supply project.
• Preparation of preliminary drawings for tender documents

As a Resident Engineer with SGI Consulting Engineers, Ibadan, he undertook the preparation of contract documents for ADB Financial, Project cost in excess of N3billion Ibadan water supply scheme stages 3 & 4 Lots 2 contracts.
The works include:

• Laying of ND 1200 DI pipes and telemetry cable.
• Testing of pipes and relaying failed sections
• Construction of 500m3 underground clear water tank
• Refurbishment of existing 48m concrete pipe line
• Construction of buildings.
• Monitoring of Asejire dam and appurtenance structures by data acquisition using mobile data collector (MDC) analysing and modeling using EVMONSTO PROGRAMME
• (ii) Supervision of repairs of concrete structures of dam i.e. wing walls, piers and pressure grouting of dam base.
• (iii) Construction Supervision, Hydraulic and Geometric Design of the 24km ND 1200mm DI pipeline linking treatment plant and service reservoirs at Agodi 24km.
• (iv) Supervision of pressure testing of pipelines
• (v) Supervision of :
• a. Refurbishment of Head works buildings
• b. Construction of cascade aerator
• c. Construction of flat-bottom rectangular clarifiers 4units of 4cells each
• d. Construction of Aquazor type rapid sand filter by DEGREMONT incorporating air scour mechanism with water backwashing.

In 2001, he was Project Coordinator at Folbat Nig. Limited in charge of Ilutitun Water Supply Project . The project included:

Design of Ilutitun water supply project.

Treatment plant 800m3/day

Between 2000 and 2004, he was the Project Director at Enpro Consultants directly responsible for the following projects:

Design, construction and supervision of Akure Township Road Rehabilitation Project Zone C

Design, construction and supervision of Alade/Idanre township roads rehabilitation project

Also between 2004 and 2005, he was the Principal Resident Engineer with the Bamola /Enpro Consortium in charge of the Urban Renewal Programme of Aba Ukwu/Obuda/Omuokpoji (South East Nigerian). The project included:

Detailed analysis of all the structures and existing transportation net work

Preparation of relevant engineering designs required for transportation network in proposed development plan

Preparation of report of activities when due.

Under his leadership at Enpro Consultants Limited, the company has undertaken various projects including:
